Messages are sent by each business that uses the Modern Management platform to that business's own customers, with whom the business has an existing relationship; Modern Management operates the platform on the business's behalf. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, mobile information, or SMS opt-in and consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out (you will receive one confirmation and no further messages) and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The messages sent through this program are strictly transactional and service-related, tied to an appointment, an account, or a payment. They are business-initiated in response to a customer's inquiry or booking. No advertising, promotional, or marketing content is sent on this program.
Consumers provide their mobile number to a business when they contact it (by call, text, or in person) or when booking an appointment, and in doing so consent to receive service messages about their appointment and account.
