Every broadcast, every rent record, every message in your inbox is tied back to a contact. Modern Management organizes all the people in your property's orbit โ€” residents, vendors, and important contacts (like owners, HOA board members, inspectors) โ€” in a single contact book with rich per-contact context.

For each resident, you can store their unit number, email, phone, lease start and end dates, monthly rent amount, and free-form notes. These fields power everything else โ€” the rent generator reads monthly rent, lease tracking reads end dates, the AI cross-references this data every time you send a command.

The AI Command Bar can send broadcasts for you. Say โ€” or type โ€” "Send an SMS to all residents that the water will be shut off tomorrow from 9am to noon" and the AI composes the message, picks the right audience, previews it, and asks for your confirmation before sending.

For true speed, you can even have the AI draft variations โ€” a more formal one, a more casual one, a bilingual one โ€” and pick which one to send. This is especially useful for emergency or policy messages where tone matters and you need options.
